When you place an order with us on-line we will send you a confirmation by email within twenty four hours to let you know we have received your request. You can also print off the on-line receipt of order for your records.
We will then pick your items for despatch and process the full payment by your chosen method and send another email confirming it has been posted so you will know when to expect delivery.
If we do not send you an email within 3 working days of placing the order then they may have been a failure in the system.
Your order and customer satisfaction is of utmost importance to us and we kindly ask to email us directly or telephone and we will deal with your order as a very urgent case.
We do not accept any responsibility for unaccounted for technical failures whilst orders are in transmission.
Io Silver offer free postage and packaging on all our items. If the item is in stock then we will despatch the item immediately or at the very latest in the following days post. If however the item is not in stock we will email the purchaser directly advising them of the possible delivery time and the option to cancel their order. We will always do our best to ensure an order is fulfilled on time.
Items over £25 pounds will be despatched using ROYAL MAIL SPECIAL DELIVERY which guarantees next day delivery and insures items while they are in transit. They will be delivered before 12 noon and have to be signed for if it helps with delivery you can always email us and request a day for postage to ensure someone is available to sign for the item.
Items under £25 will be sent by RECORDED DELIVERY and this service again has to be signed for.
If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase then we are more than happy to exchange or refund the cost of the item or items which are returned to us within seven days. If you require an alternative length of chain then please let us know and we will be happy to exchange the chain for a small charge of £2.95.
The items must be returned to us in a unworn condition and in the original packaging in which they were sent to you.
Please fill in the returns form included with every delivery, stating your reason for return and the code, description and price of any alternative product you wish.
- Pack the jewellery in the original packaging we sent to you. Ensuring to seal it well.
- Complete the returns form included with your order and return the package to our freepost address.
- Please don't forget to remove the previous special or recorded delivery labels from the front of the package.
- It is not necessary to return the package by Special or Recorded delivery but we cannot recommend strongly enough that you should obtain a free proof of postage receipt from the Post Office. We do not accept any responsibility for parcels lost in transit.
Unfortunately due to hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns for earrings unless they are faulty.
Jewellery returned to us that arrive damaged, or lost will not be credited.
Jewellery damaged whilst in transit to you will be replaced at no extra cost with free delivery.
Please inform us of any breakage or damage within three working days of receipt of your order.
Refunds will only be made in the method the goods were originally paid for.
